I'm impressed! Your game really looks great and smooth. Also your level editor seems to be really easy to use and looks to be great for good level design. I also liked the sound in the clip (don't know if it's ingame sound).

Really nice effects and works great with the 'retro' like ships. I ran it from my laptop (onboard gfxcard+cheap amd turion), and it ran 60-80fps 8) .

Nice game, plays really well and smooth on my crappy laptop :D . The collision detection is working good (it's always nice to destroy an opponent). I like the graphics you have used they really fit to this game.

Low FPS in windowed mode
This is not normal hge behaviour, otherwise the examples wouldn't be in windowed mode. HGE will normally go very fast wether it's windowed or not (ofcourse windowed is slower). The only issue that i know of, is that vsync doesn't work…

Hello and question about O files and big executables.
Wow, thank you very much. My exe is now only 34kb :) . I didn't know that those options would effect the size so drastically. And with that application it's 17kb :D .
